The facade renovation of approximately 4,000 m2 obsolete natural stone cladding. This project was inventoried in advance by preparing a quality report and three-dimensional surveying of the existing structure.
The existing wall cover was removed down to its shell, to be replaced with high-quality insulation and an aluminium carrier. These high quality aluminum ceramic wall tiles are structurally bonded.
All this is done while the 5 star hotel and associated conference center was still operating.
