Dutch Embassy Ghana

The old Dutch Embassy in Accra (Ghana) was housed in outdated villas in an attractive location in this African metropolis.

The new building at the same location is largely determined by the required phasing of the building, where the existing buildings should be fully functional till the completion of the new building. The task was further complicated by the circulation and safety demands, not only in the final state but also during construction.

The design comes from De Roon | Van Es Architects. Rollecate Export delivered the aluminum frames and steel curtain wall.
