Monarch 2, The Hague

Monarch 2 is the second phase of the De Monarch plan. The De Monarch plan consists of approximately 85000 m² office space divided over multiple buildings. De Monarch is part of the Central Business District (CBD) of The Hague. Monarch 2 includes 14.850 m² of gross area in 15 office layers. Monarch 2 is a sustainable project and has a BREEAM-Excellent certification.
